Vision & Mission

Our vision is to see Australian society connected, mobilised and engaged in creating a prosperous and sustainable future.

Share Create Innovate seeks to create economic prosperity through innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing. We use creative thinking and new approaches to solve old problems, building resilient, cohesive, connected and innovate communities.

Through framework and tools, we empower communities, organisations and businesses to take charge of the future they want to see.

We understand that change is not immediate and needs a vision, purpose and process to be successful. We are here to support and help drive that change within you, your organisation, group, business or community.

Values

We exist to create a better future for the planet and therefore humanity. This value is the underlying driver for everything we do and deliver. We value your need for profit, clear outcomes, strong relationships with business, government  and community.

We value taking courageous responsibility for the future of planet Earth by sharing, creating and innovating. We see creating sustainable solutions for the environment, and hence humanity, as the highest priority on this little blue sphere called Earth

Gina Lopez Director

Gina brings a wealth of corporate experience and education from a broad range of specialties. This, along with her passion for sustainability, allows her to bridge the gap between economy, environment, governance  and the health of the community, through smart business.

She is passionate, a collaborative facilitator and has a strong drive for change.

She loves people, big Ideas, community and adventures. Committed to creating long term systemic change, her life goal is to give back more than she has taken. This was the driving force behind the launch of Share Create Innovate.

"Seven years ago I made the sea change to the Northern Rivers from Sydney.

I had always planned a more connected, purposeful life knowing I had to develop my skills an international corporate arena and be exposed to the trends of global change. Armed with this, I now help businesses and community adapt to the inevitable change in the global economy.

"We can be slow to change, resisting it in a variety of ways, failing to see truths. It is as much psychological and ideological as it is social and environmental. I have learnt about humans, how we operate as and in systems, our cognitive dissidence and how we can take small steps that create big changes. It feels good to act, to participate and be engaged; it is empowering, fulfilling, and of economic, social and environmental benefit. It is easy to implement and is fun."

Shae Fleming Design

Shae brings over 20 years of design, education and event, project and team management as well as a practical and creative skill set that spans many specialities of design.

Shae is passionate about creative solutions to real world problems and sees design and innovation as the backbone to positive environmental and societal change. Her knowledge of innovation and emerging technologies, and their impact on the individual, society and the environment, coupled with her problem solving skills, allows her to understand a clients perspective and bring to the table creative outcomes through lateral thinking.

"Two years ago I also made a sea change to the Northern Rivers from Sydney. During this time, volunteering my services to connected, environmental and community initiatives has allowed me to further develop my passion for design with our planets health in mind. Collaborating  with Share Create Innovate allows me to be more effective in this mission; assisting businesses to develop greener innovative ideas and practices."

"Looking at business through an analytical, creative design process gives us a unique sense of perspective, allows us to see things others may miss and ensures we are always thinking outside the box. As a designer my main aim is to ethically innovate, to not redo the done and to deliver functional solutions, that  not only work, but look fantastic."
